Justice and Human Rights

My key thematic area of expertise is policy, advocacy and legislative reform in relation to justice and human rights. My experience includes the development and implementation of capacity building of law enforcement personnel, prosecutors and lawyers on international justice and human rights standards and working with the judiciary to advance justice sector reform. My current key areas of focus are criminal justice reform, penal reform, justice for children and supporting persons who have been wrongfully convicted or detained in Asia and the US.


Political Analysis, Strategy Development & Implementation

I specialise in politically informed programming and strategy development. My experience includes conducting political economy analysis focused on analysing and influencing the institution, power relations and incentives around decision-making; adaptive strategy development and implementation for policy and institutional reform.


Proposal Development Based on Innovative Project Design

I have a proven track record in successfully developing proposals for a variety of international donors based on innovative projects and program design including in the field of governance, leadership development, data and statistics, environmental protection and women’s rights.


Leadership and Management

I have extensive experience in management include leading and overseeing program and project teams; grantee management and supervision; financial, human resources and operational management; and strategic communications.
